I bring my 29 years of teaching and middle school counseling together with my training and experience in massage and energy bodywork to give you an experience that will awaken you spirit, relax your mind and make you feel more alive! I’m very excited to get my new therapy pool up and running. When these techniques are performed in the water the benefits are multiplied because the weightlessness of the body frees the spine and joints allowing one to move and stretch much more easily.
